Both wrist extensions and curls work a great bulk of the forearm muscles Muscles Of The Forearm / Forearms Anatomy For wrist curls the following muscles are engaged-- The Flexor Carpi Radialis, The Flexor Carpi Ulnaris And The Palmaris Longus. -These muscles originate form the Medial Epicondyle of the humerus and run down just past the wrist Muscles Of The Forearm / Forearms Anatomy Wrist extensions work the Extensor Carpi Radialis Longus, The Extensor Carpi Brevis And The Extensor Carpi Ulnaris, which all originate from the Lateral Epicondyle of the Humerus and insert into the Metacarpals. |
